Shop Tool Question

I don't expect to be using my air compressor much during these cold months.
What is the best way to leave the tank in a cold ,  garage.

-No air and drain out the moisture.

-Totally full of air and drain off water through out  the winter months.

- Should I run it every so often just to keep the oil flowing and then drain
the air tank and moisture off after shut down.

Any other suggestions appreciated.
