| Didn't I read in several books that, one of the main reasons for the folding windscreen design on the BN1-2 was to reduce the drag enough to allow the cars to reach a top speed of 100mph, --giving credibility to the Healey "Hundred" model naming? Is that just "lore" or true? If true, has anyone gone on a top speed run in recent years -each way, and determined how much difference having the windscreen up, makes? Dave J. |
