| On my BN1, hot air from the engine comes up through the gearshift hole in the tunnel cover. I have replaced the rubber boot, but it doesn't seal the cover very well when it is pushed down enough to seal at the transmission. I have insulated and sealed most other areas, but sealing the gearshift lever remains as a problem. Perhaps poking foam rubber into the hole would work, but this seems to be a kluge solution. I would appreciate some advice from the knowledgeable souls. Thanks, Ben BN1 |
