| Forgot the second part of your question. Ammeters have been installed above the heater controls, in the grab-handle area and in a special chromed gauge mount from Smiths below the dash or on the parcel shelf. If a heater was not fitted, there was a nice spot where the blanking plate for the heater controls would have lived. Smiths also did a small-diameter ammeter for use on motorcycles which fitted better into the spaces on the Healey dash. Best regards, Peter |
