Dynamat Extreme

While at the Street Rod Nationals today (300 parts vendors and 11,000 cars) I 
stopped by the Posie's booth and they were promoting Dynamat Extreme with a 
car show special of $225 for the 36 sq. ft kit. A little haggleing about it 
being the final hours of the show etc and they sold me the last kit for $150.

Any tips on how to install this? I have the transmission out for a clutch 
change so the interior is basically bare.
