....They were Bias Ply tires, the disc wheel cars got gold seal tires, while
the wire heels got Roadspeed RS4s. The main difference being tubes, and
tubeless, respectively.
The only other thing "special" about the Roadspeed tires was a relatively tall
profile, which fills out the wheel wells and looks better on the car than
modern profile tires.
Radials are available in a similar profile. I have the Michelin ZXs, and they
look right.
