Ram Pipes & Breather Pipe

I was in the process of spending some quality time with my Healey enjoying the 
simple task of fitting some new Ram pipes that I acquired from Cape Sport when 
I suddenly remembered the breather pipe that attaches to the rear air filter .

Question therefore is ...if I fit the Ram pipes ..what do I do with the 
breather pipe connection?...don't suppose I can just ignore it ..eh?
