| many years ago i got tired of the fuel leaking out of the manifold and oil leaking out of the back of the engine, so i rigged up a small drip pan and bolted it to the bell housing. i rigged a fitting at the front and connected it to the rear drain pipe on the manifold. excess fuel runs to the drip pan, then is sucked back into the manifold as i drive along, as is any oil that has dripped into the pan. i know it sounds like redneck engineering, but it has worked for many years. healeymanjim |
