| Yours should be a Shelly gear driven screw type jack, Model LJ21...... marked
with the year of manufacture, if you really want to get freaky about it...
Your car can also properly use a "King Dick" jack marked B1881 on the base.
Painted black, with the 2 piece lifting handle.
Good luck,

  Subject: Jack for 100-Six
My car came without anything in the trunk but the battery. I have gotten a
spare and all of the tie downs and I only lack the liner, cutoff switch
  bracket and the tools.
I know that I can get everything else from the vendors, but what Jack did
is
the BN4 supposed to have, the King Dick or the Shelley. Is their a model #
  I should be looking for?
  Thanks
  Patton
