Hello to list: I have a completely re-built BJ8 w/ 50+/- miles on the engine. I installed a 160 deg thermostat and engine never runs above that temp. Is that too cool? Should I be at 180 degrees? Will running at 160 cause excessive engine wear? Thanks. Ed Brennan |
