My Harbor Freight jack has lasted forever - it's gotta be 15 years now. I =
just never use it for heavy work. I have a bigger steel floor jack that I =
use for the truck, trailer and other heavy stuff.

We=92ve been using a cheap harbor freight light aluminum jack for 7-8 years=
with out incident. It=92s low enough to jack the tr6 and Miata. Admittedly=
, it isn=92t super stout and I would not trust it to jack a truck.

Any suggestions on what to buy? I was not totally impressed with the lifes=
pan of this, though I suspect the 2 ton rating is optimistic and it did not=
like jacking up my Ford Expedition once in a while.
