 when I have welded up mine I would always completely disassemble the side =
and spider gears, weld in some teeth to limit turning to a very small amoun=
t and back together - easy to clean any spatter off - allows a small bit of=
 play - only issue is if one of the gears explodes, haven't had one do so y=
et, but like anything in racing, anything can happen
