I've had good luck with the Fidenza. There are some knock off's out there so
get a Fidanza brand or you risk not getting a replacement friction surface.
Guess how I know that ? I'm still pissed about that one.

I have a Fidanza on my TR4 - excellent flywheel. The steel friction surface
is easy to replace if needed.
For engine mods, read Kas' book about Chuck Gee's car - good info.

rod journals on the crank and use the wider MGB bearings. Is that still
what's being done?
