There is a place in Nevada, Iowa that specializes in that kind of repair. Certainly it would be worth having them do the fix. I'll start googling their contact info. Joe Alexander A. R. I found the source of my "head gasket" leaks - a cracked head. It's cracked around the inner circumference of where it meets the liner in #4 cylinder. Picture is here: http://www.tonydrews.com/Test%20Pics/2012_0331Head_Crack0007.JPG Is this something that can be fixed, or should I start brushing up on my head porting techniques and build another head? Thanks, Tony Drews Hoping to make the Mitty still... _______________________________________________ fot@autox.team.net http://www.fot-racing.com Donate: http://www.team.net/donate.html Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Forums: http://www.team.net/forums Unsubscribe: http://autox.team.net/mailman/options/fot/n197tr4@cs.com _______________________________________________ fot@autox.team.net http://www.fot-racing.com Donate: http://www.team.net/donate.html Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Forums: http://www.team.net/forums Unsubscribe: http://autox.team.net/mailman/options/fot/fot-archive@autox.team.net |
