Below is a reply from Judy Marchione, HSR Registrar in regards to my question
to her as to if my VRG license would be accepted at the Mitty. "Yes, you can
race on your VRG license. You will enter as a non-member on the entry form and
enclose a copy of your VRG license with your entry"   Marty
