[Fot] A membership error

Last year Alec Macarthur was nominated and seconded several times. For
whatever reason he was never added to the list. Mac races a TR6 and used to
race a TR4. Well known to Kas and the guys here. More importantly I wouldn't
have been able to keep going this past year without his assistance both at
the track and at home. Mark, can you fix this?
