Right, and add modern car ground effects to the list. You are correct that
new paving requires a reasonable curing time before it reaches its maximum
durability. Even after that, the fact that many of these tracks now see
'daily'
use by one group or another, has track maintenance and repaving required much
more often these days.
These facts were discussed ar ROAD AMERICA's annual meeting this past March.
