Yamabond # 5. Applied very thinly and let dry before you make it up. I love
Yamabond, both #4 and #5. #4 is great for anything where you'd like a little
body and thickness because the parts are wimpy, like sump or timing cover
gaskets, and you want to glue the gasket to one of the parts. #5 is great
when you want some surface flow but the parts mate solidly, like heads, etc.
#5 is very thin and has little mechanical strength, so it won't block
passages (like RTV easily can).
You can get it at any bike shop that carries Yamahas. It's been my secret
weapon since 1970.
