That's a method called "challenge-response". It's good, but it's not for
everybody. Unless you're willing to page through all the suspect stuff,
you'll miss legitimate email from people not on your list. I find spam
filters better for my needs.

for about a year now. The high security setting will only allow Email
from
addresses I approve. Everything else drops into a 'Suspect' file that I
can
go to the web and examine or ignore.
I found this program to be highly effective to control what shows up in
my
local Outlook mailbox!
