Nomination to FOT - Tim Williams

I'd like to nominate Tiim Williams to FOT.

I met Tim this weekend at the Wetherly, PA Hillclimb.  Tim
has been driving his 62 TR-4 in the PA Hillclimb Assoc events
this year.
