We knew it was the stub axles flexing 30 + years ago. You could judge your cornering performance from the cockpit by how many pumps it took to get brakes between bends. I am neither engineer not metallurgist, but anytime someone creatively solves an existing problem, there is also the chance that a new one will be created. The forces that were flexing the stubs will now go somewhere else. Keep an alert eye. art de armond |
