Compared to human power, that's a huge increase.  Estimates vary, but it's
very difficult for a human to deliver even 1/4 hp for any length of time.
Trained athletes can burst to perhaps 1 hp but only for a few minutes at a
time.  'Normal' bicycle input is around 1/10 hp.
