Kenny Slagle's TR-8

There is a picture of Ken Slagle's CP TR-8 in an article in The Vintage 
Triumph. 

I thought he was in GT-1, but my memory is fading. I just remember staring at 
my stopwatch and shaking my head because his times were so much faster than the 
1968 GT-1 Camaro I was crewing for at the time. 

Maybe its just that CP runs with GT-1. Or maybe a faulty memory. Does anyone 
with more brain cells remember which class he was in?
