Make sure the transmission case is vented properly.  If not vented, as the 
unit heats up pressure occurs and since the gear lube is sprayed everywhere 
inside, the pressure venting thru cracks, shift rods, etc., will carry oil 
with it.  Vent from the top thru a 3/8"  or larger tubing to a catch tank.  
Make sure there are no low spots for oil to accumulate and effectively block 
the venting.
