TR4 front fender removal

Amici :
How do I go about removing the front fenders from my TR4?  I think I
have removed all of the hardware, but the fender seems to have rusted
itself to the inner fenders.  I suppose there is some sort of sealer
that needs to be romoved at the firewall bulkhead. Any hints and help
would be greatly appreciated.
