I have no problem with that either. Indeed, Ted's recent
list was pretty short in terms of file length.

It doesn't work that way for many of us. We download just to
get to the body of the message and the attachments come with
them. I don't have time to first see what is there before
downloading, and I suspect many others have similar
concerns and constraints. It really should be a matter of
courtesy to others to not email large files unless they are
expected.
