   It pains me to see Jack leave SCCA racing. But the emphasis of the club now 
   seems to be directed at attracting the newer (mostly asian) technocars. 
   Cheap, plentiful, reliable,...but so little soul....

Cheap??  A local EP racer, of whom you may have heard, Pratt Cole, probably
spent more on dyno time tweaking his Miata carbs than Jack is asking for
his TR4.  So it goes.
