Engine mount question

Fellow Friends of Triumph,

I would like to hear some recommendations regarding engine mounts for my
TR4A vintage racer to be. The car is a former EP car, and was previously
raced with solid mounts all around. I know several of the vintage racers
are using rubber mounts, and am interested in the pros and cons of rubber
vs solid. Thanks, Amici.
