Hi FOT,
we survived the Portland double national with a win
in the first race (the first TR3 national victory in a race
run by the Artic Alaska Region??) but the brakes
were getting worse.
We found the Porterfield R4 pads had terrible taper on
the outter pads. We put some worn out DS11s in for
race 2 and finished second.(the Oregon Region race)
Time to recheck the calipers and shimming. What pads
to try next?
Two EP RX7s ran, not a good sign. The TR still leads the points
chase.
Regards, Hardy
