this year smog exemption applys to 67 and older cars so your 68 will needs
smog this year but should be exempt next year. this applys to metro phoenix
and tucson.

hope they are smog exempt like California due to the age of the car. Are
there any special smog exemption criteria to register a 1968 datsun roadster
