[Roadsters] Portable MP3

Not being current with current MP3 technology I was looking for suggestions on
a portable MP3 player. It has to handle more than 2000 songs and have the
ability to transmit an FM signal to play over the car audio system. I would
prefer not to use the well known IPOD.
