RE: aluminum door sill trim detailing

I had mine re-polished by some pros and it didn't change much.  My polisher
told me they were hard anodized and the only thing really worthwhile was to
clean them well.  There is a new powder coat product out that is similar,
though not as bright, to chrome.  I was thinking about going that route
next, but I haven't really seen the finished product anywhere.
