I have a weird speedo too... it's EXACTLY 10 miles/hour slow.  I found out the 
hard way with 2 speeding tickets last year... oops!  :)  I tried to argue my 
out saying I was only doing 55 mph, but it didn't fly with the nice officer who 
gave me a ticket for 65...
