parts wanted, door hinge question

I got my 67.5 last night and have a little wish list if anyone has these parts 
in new condition or close:
 
Tonneau/boot cover
Outside mirror
Wing window open/close handles: are earlier than 67.5 chrome, that would be cool
 
Also both door hinges pop as the door is opened and closed despite oiling them. 
 What's the deal?
