rear bumper/balnking blinkers

First, thanks every one who responded, as usual you were right,
grounding problem-fixed!



Second, will a 66 rear bumper replace a 67.5 rear bumper w/o
modifications? My new 66 has some real nice chrome bumpers and they
would be eye candy on my 67
