Ever notice that, in most cars, when you first turn on the ignition switch
that all of the 'idiot' lights come on?  This is a test function.  Since the
Roadsters don't have idiot lights this function was not incorporated.  Hence,
the manual test switch.  I've always wondered if this was some kind of safety
mandate.  Anyone ever see such a thing on any other cars?
