ebay nonpaying bidder fijiana

would highly recommend nobody accept bids from this person. does not pay. I
have been contacted by another ebayer who also had an auction won by
fijiana, he's had no contact and no $$ from this buyer since the day of his
auction either when he was also told "check going in the mail"  I have
reported as nonpaying bidder, he will likely do the same. BEWARE!!!
