brake drums?

I got a request for some help from someone needing a rear drum for their 68. 
Not having had to deal with that one lately... I've drawn a blank

So what is everyone doing lately for such an animal ? Are they out there & 
available anymore? Is there another Datsun interchange ? (240?) Are we having 
to 
redrill holes to fit something else ???
