red 67.5 1600 (inop) spotted in Kingwood Texas

here I go all the way down to Kingwood Texas to swap my Infiniti Convertible
for a roadster, and when I go to the guy's apartment complex to load the
spare parts, there sits a pretty decent 67.5 1600 in the driveway of another
apartment in the same complex. has a  chunk out of the LR Empi wheel, no
front wheels on it, chained to an anchor in the driveway..... anyone on the
list?
