Lightened Flywheel

I didn't see what I was looking for in the archieves but my search was probably 
goofed.

What is the weight of a stock 1600 flywheel and what can it be lightened too 
for absolute safe use?

Oh, it's for a stroked 1600.

While I am here, has anyone just stroked the the bottom end and did it help any?
