OT- Plasma Cutter rec.

Hello All,
        It's coming up on Irene's birthday and I am thinking about getting
her a plasma cutter.  Does anybody have any recommendations?  I am looking
in the under $1500 range (so no giant industrial stuff).  I like the Lincoln
25 model with its ability to cut up to 3/8" and its ability to automatically
switch between 110V and 220V.  Any recommendations on HTP-Miller-Hobart
models?
