Since I've not seen any of our vendors advertising such a tool, I'll offer a 
brazen plug for a company that specializes in auto restoration tools, etc: 
the Eastwood Company (http://www.eastwoodco.com/). You've probably 
heard of them before... My neighbor (street rodder) turned me on to one 
of their catalogs. They have all the really neat stuff if you have the $$.
