Your lost foam technique is exactly what I am going to do to make my cold air 
box.
You really seem to know your stuff when it comes to fiberglassing.
I have a couple of questions about your techinque.  How did you 
screw thru the hardened fiberglass?
When you say you trimed with a saber saw what did you trim exactly?
I don't understand what you used the routing bit for.
Where do you get all the different foam supplies from?
