Hey Mike

Already have the suckers apart. I'm going to use Rust Destroyer first, then
paint. Also getting the Delrin shims for the leafs. Thanks for the hint
about the springs. Take apart is easier than put back together.

Work is nuts, outside of that, it goes well.

Pam

Hi Pam,

Try to take the springs apart first and clean all the crud and rust out
between the leaves and grind them smooth - you'd be amazed and how much
better the car will ride. Before assembly put plenty of antiseize between
the leaves for lubrication. I used POR 15 and my springs came out real
nice - no primer needed but do apply 2 coats by scuffing the first coat. A
spring shop can supply new clips or bring them to the shop and let them
reclip it.

Hope all is well.

Mike
