64 1500 wheel wells

Is the 64 1500 supposed to have chrome around the wheel well?  Just bought VIN
#666 - the beast.

I checked Greg Valazza's site on the model guide section and there is no good
side shot pic.  BTW, I use Greg's model guide a great deal.  THANKS GREG!
