anybody have a 67.5 near number 13011?

When I picked up SPL311-13011, we noticed the head had been replaced with a
later, smog head, but the block number was R50879.

Anybody have a 67.5 1600 near in serial numbers to tell me if this block
could be original?  (not tag, no title)
