Roadster Spotting - Thousand Oaks, CA - Number 98

I was on vacation in California on Saturday night at about 6:00, riding
along in my friend's minivan, when a pale blue roadster flashed past us on
the right.  It had the number 98 in a white circle on the side.
Unfortunately, it got too far ahead of us to catch up and say "Hello"!
