It sounds like a ground problem. Clean all the grounds for the health of
your car. Undo all the bolts and clean all the threads and use antiseize to
prevent corrosion and get some stainless bolts. They're cheap and won't
rust. There are 2 ground staps in the engine compartment connected to the
frame for the engine harness and one or 2 inside the car up inside the dash
and one in the rear. Run an extra ground strap from the frame to the body
too.
