swapping in a late steering box

Wow, 
quick response - thanks to all you responded off list.  

I need some clarification from someone who knows for certain just what
modifications I'd face should I opt to switch to the recirculating ball
type of steering box.  I know that the steering shaft and u-joint are
different.  What else is different that would need addressing?
