Hey All,
This was the question I started asking myself after spending nearly four
hours separating and cataloging the parts from my 67 2000. I am trying to be
as organized as possible. I have a spreadsheet that lists all of the parts
by type and it is cross referenced by bin number that the part is being
stored in. I also have condition and needed service if applicable.
I am starting to understand why you see so many cars for sale with the
heading "project car, lost interest". I am not losing interest but I am
realizing that people that do this for a living probably have stock in
companies that make prozac.
On a lighter note, I purchased a brand new engine hoist to haul my engine
around and had one hell of a time deciphering the pigeon english in putting
it together (made in China). "Then please to connect bolt Z1 outside to
washer hole thouroughly." I ended up just looking at the pictures and
figuring it out. 2 ton capacity should handle my U20 no problem.
